Returns & Exchanges

At NovaLift, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Print the label and securely package your NovaLift gear.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking number handy to monitor the shipment status.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt, and your refund or exchange will be processed immediately upon approval.
